150 pounds of beef total. Here is exactly what you get:

Steaks and roasts (about 50 lbs):

• 8 Bone-In Ribeye Steaks
• 8 New York Strip Steaks
• 8 Filet Mignons
• 8 Top Sirloin Steaks
• 2 Chuck Roasts
• 1 Brisket (2 to 3 lbs)

Plus 100 lbs of everyday cuts:

• 70 lbs Ground Beef
• 10 lbs Stew Meat
• 10 lbs Kabob Meat
• 10 lbs Short Ribs

How it works: After purchase, we will reach out to confirm your pickup or delivery details. Prefer patties, sausage, or chorizo? Select an upgrade option below. Each upgrade swaps 10 lbs of your ground beef for that specialty item for a flat fee.
